This website is operated by My Ex’s Vintage. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to My Ex’s Vintage — a brand stitched from heartbreak, healing, and a whole lot of grit.
By using this site or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), including all other policies referenced here or linked. If you’re not into reading the fine print — fair, but by shopping with us, you're accepting these terms whether you read them or not.
This store is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform that lets us sell vintage chaos and custom pieces straight from our story to your closet.
1. ONLINE STORE RULES
You must be of legal age in your location (or have your guardian’s permission) to shop here.
Don’t use this site for anything shady, illegal, or disrespectful.
No bots, no spam, no copying our content, and no funny business.
If you try to break our site or steal from us — spiritually, creatively, or financially — we reserve the right to block you, cancel your order, and probably add you to our burn book.
2. PREORDERS, SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer limited drops, preorders, and one-of-a-kind pieces. This means:
Preorders will ship within the time window listed on the product page. We don’t do daily Amazon Prime speed. We do storytelling and quality — trust the process.
Returns are only accepted for damaged items — and only if you contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence.
All other sales are final.
(We don’t take back exes. We don’t take back merch.)
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been handed over to the carrier — but we’ll help you file a claim if needed.
3. ACCURACY & INFO
We try to keep everything on the site updated and accurate, but we’re human. If you see a typo, a price glitch, or something that looks off, email us.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content — including designs, phrases, graphics, and images — belongs to My Ex’s Vintage. Don’t copy, remix, or resell our work without permission. We know our story, and we know when it’s being used.
5. COMMUNITY & CONDUCT
We’re building more than a brand — we’re building a community. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, abusive, or hateful to us or our customers.
6. PAYMENTS & ORDER INFO
Please provide accurate info when placing your order — we need your correct email, address, and contact info to ship properly and send updates. You’re responsible for any fees from entering incorrect info.
7. CHANGES TO TERMS
These Terms can be updated at any time, without warning. We’ll always honor the terms that were active when you placed your order — but it’s your responsibility to stay updated if you shop here regularly.
