Why this matters
Every child deserves access, belonging, and purpose, no matter what their status, race, or background. The Roster Benefit Classic transforms one Saturday into a pipeline of opportunity: safe fields, mentors, transportation, and the gear it takes to simply show up. We’re done just talking about equality, it’s game time.

But this is only the beginning. My ultimate vision is for the Classic to become an annual tradition, a cornerstone event that grows into a network of opportunities leading toward a permanent community hub. A place where young people can find mentorship, resources, direction, and most importantly, family. Too many children know what it feels like to be alone, to wonder “who do I turn to?” and “what do I do now?” We can change that together.

This vision is bigger than football. It’s about preparing kids for both the field and for life, equipping them with tools, relationships, and real support from people who have been there before. The Roster Benefit Classic is just the foundation—the first yard in the longest yard toward generational impact. One person can’t change the world, but a committed group can build a legacy that lasts.
